• To maintain and increase our market share by carrying out field visits to existing customers in Nigeria. • Development of new markets in Nigeria. • Project manage to final completion of orders. • Internal liaison with sales support & manufacturing to final project delivery. • Host customer visits locally and abroad. • Participate in training & commissioning of equipment. • The key focus area will be, but not limited, to develop the DESMI pump business in Nigeria.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and work closely with Sales and Marketing and Finance and Accounts department. Supporting the management in the area of strategy formulation, growing market share of the company through business development activities and working on the business expansion project of the company. Summarily, the company is a pharmaceutical/medical device company and my core responsibilities are business and project development.

Responsible for the management of the investment projects carried out by the CoE Pharmaceuticals within the Hospital care division (within Europe and worldwide locations). - Planning, realization and documentation of CoE projects; and projects are carried out according to the respective valid national and international standards and regulations as well as the specifications of the company and divisional management.

Afrika Kommt! is an Initiative of German Industry for Future Leaders from Africa. In 2016, I was selected alongside other 29 participants, after rigorous selection process, to attend a capacity building program run by the German private sector, which offers young managers from sub-Saharan Africa the opportunity to to gain insights into operations and management methods at the participating companies.

• Conduct R&D activities of new products (construction chemical/admixtures). • Evaluate and report about new raw materials and products. • Assist/training factory with new plant trials and reworking existing products. • Source and qualify laboratory and research equipment; develop and validate test methods, as well as training QC staff on new products and quality testing. • Maintain formulations and specifications for current product.

• Support the research activities of researchers, students and clients in the area of polymer nanocomposites at the National Centre for Nano-Structured Materials (NCNSM).

• Relationship management of existing and new bank’s customers operating in the oil and gas industry’s upstream sector. • Preliminary credit review of client’s request prior presentation to credit committee. • Monitoring of industry and government policies that can impart the bank.
