• Performed as Focal Point for candidates, hiring and supporting teams on various stages of Recruitment process • Run Shell Final Assessments for professionals and graduates (over 250 Assessments/year) • Was responsible for official communication around candidate’s application • Monitored compliance of the process with Shell policies and Dutch legislation; Run several projects to improve the coordination of Recruitment process

• Hunted and interviewed candidates for client-companies • Maintained close business relationships with client companies providing them an all-round support on recruitment and staff planning • Contributed to succession of various marketing activities (open evenings for international candidates, attendance of job fairs, events for clients and applicants, editing of media materials)
