I joined Frazer Jones in June 2017 and now specialise in recruiting top calibre Human Resource professionals for IT and Technology business across Germany. I support HR leaders in building their teams through the appointment of HR Specialists, Managers and Directors across these areas.

• Managing projects for international clients (management consultancies, hedge funds, private equity firms) for various industries (oil&gas; venture investment; automotive, etc): project management, market research, expert engagement • Active sourcing of top calibre market C-level experts via professional and social networks and other available tools • Assisting in development and implementation of initiatives for expanding of the experts’ and clients’ portfolio

• Conducting research for and writing of daily and monthly political monitorings in English and German • Supporting the team in organization and running of 10+ political events, e.g. political workshops, forums and parliamentary meetings • Assisting the team in preparing various corporate presentations and client pitches

• Prepared and brought 20+ events and international conferences into being (up to 100+ participants) • Partnership management (e-mails, telephone, and personal meetings); • Launched the project of expansion to a new region of influence, namely in Moscow (led a team of 4) • Roles as a personal assistant and an office manager • Online marketing tasks & Social Media • Prepared daily articles for the local NGO’s news webpage (70+), contributing on cultural and political Berlin news
