As a Scada and Grid Connection Manager at Chint Solar Europe, I lead the design, development, and troubleshooting of SCADA systems and power plant controllers for utility-scale solar PV projects. With over four years of experience in the renewable energy sector, I have a strong passion for advancing the transition to 100% clean and sustainable energy sources. I have developed and coordinated the monitoring and control systems for battery energy storage systems, meteorological stations, weather sensors, PLCs, network architectures, and human-machine interfaces. I have also worked closely with the grid team to ensure compliance with grid connection requirements and regulations. Additionally, I have trained and developed engineers, created guidelines, and implemented continuous improvement based on lessons learned. I am always eager to learn and explore new technologies and innovations in the electrical power engineering field.
