Kone Industrial SpA, Milan, ITALY International Trainee (2008 May – 2008 August) • Selected by headquarters in Finland for ‘International Trainee Program’ in Milan production plant. • Proposed a scenario for Industrial Engineering Department to increase the elevator production by %33. • Initiated time and methods study for elevator cabin production stations to analyze real productivity.

Part Time - Project Team Member (2006 January – 2006 June) • Assisted Autoliv Production System Engineer to adapt Lean Manufacturing in Turkish plant. • Prepared Kanban Cards for all components and products in the supply chain flow. • Adapted 6 Pull-Flow Vehicles and carriages in production area to accomplish pull-flow.
