Working in Merchant Operations Department, my role is to create an intelligent platform that allows the onboarding of Partners' Articles to make Zalando the "starting point of fashion". I'm responsible for setting the vision and to align/define the KPIs and the RoadMap for the development teams.

Product Owner and Scrum Master at Engagement Platform (2013 to 2015) Engagement Platform is a group of services and sites created to support TV Shows (reality shows like BigBrother and The Voice, Soap Operas and many others) through user participation, both increasing TV and Internet audience; Main Products : Voting (Polls), Comments, Ratings, User Collaboration (text, photo, video), Live Coverage with User Participation and TV Show Registration

Managed the Agile Methodology expansion in many teams, coaching Scrum Masters and Product Owners; Managed staff training needs and budget allocation; Developers hiring and career path definitions; Achievements : Globo.com has more than 40 Agile teams, many of them coached by me; Individual coaches to some developers that turned to be SM or PO; Solid Agile Culture in the organization.

Scrum Master at Single Registration Platform (2011) As an internet portal, globo.com is the built from content created in many different companies and each of them had its own registration platform. This Single Registration Platform was built to unify all these customer bases. Work together with the PO to help him establish a vision for the project, communicate it to the organization, organize a rodmap, create a backlog; Facilitate meetings : plannings, estimations, reviews and restrospectives

When globo.com decided to be an ISP (Internet Service Provider) to sell both content and internet access (working together with telcos), I was selected to work with the Finance Department to specify (business needs) and hire contractors to code; Billing System is still running nowadays and it charges more than 500.000 subscribers in a monthly basis with payment options ranging from Credit Cards to Mail and Bank Account Debt;

Business Process Design and ERP selection for the company that has just been established; Organize the WebMetrics Department : stardardized all webserver logs and their collection/process; Financial Viability Study of our Web Advertising System and further implementation/integration.
