 Prepared and delivered a comprehensive business strategy and implementation plan for the launch of a new business unit in the company (Cardiologic Animal Research Lab).  Led the research and design of the financial, marketing and legal framework within which the new business unit will operate.

 Managed a team consisting of 8 branch managers and 26 relationship managers in two counties throughout the implementation of new strategy and performance evaluation process.  Developed and implemented a new business model concept and a new SME business strategy with focus on efficiency and sustainability.  Implemented and monitored business performance tools for relevant business KPI’s (related to different customer profiles, product types, etc.).

 Developed strategic partnerships with real estate developers and increased client portfolio by 50% in only 15 months.  Conducted the financial analysis of investment projects and assessed the optimal financing structure and project development business case.  Supervised the business analysis reports for credit applications and supported the application in the credit committee.

 Managed the existing clients’ portfolio of around 100 medium-sized companies and increased the loan outstanding with 50% and cross-sell ratio with 25% in one year.  Prepared credit applications and financial analysis reports for approval by credit committee.  Negotiated and structured the transaction covenants and delivered tailor-made solutions for clients.
