Conducting research on EU laws and EU-wide legal issues in relation to the consumer electronics industry. Consulting and guiding LGE subsidiaries on following the current regulatory frameworks and business rules at the EU level. Monitoring and supporting LG European subsidiaries ‘legal and compliance performance on implementing the internal process for legal work management. Monitoring the LG European subsidiaries on how to comply with the GDPR rules.

Draft and negotiate legal terms of license agreements. Draft executive summaries for all acquisition and sales agreements for SC’s TV Series unit. Maintain the contract database for acquisitions and sales agreements. Coordinate processes between the sales, accounting, logistics and IT department located in Paris, London and Munich. Collect and vet all legal delivery items (e.g. budget, cost report, E&O insurance, copyright agreements).

Review and provide a legal opinion on the progress of the approximation of EU Acquis Chapters. Monitor the progress of ministries regarding EU integration criteria and other administrative tasks. Contribution in organizing conferences and workshops on EU integration.

Review and provide legal opinions corporate law issues, agreements on merger & acquisitions of corporations, service agreements etc. Review legal due-diligence for acquisitions of corporations and/or granting of loans. Assist multinational clients in the start-up of corporations.

Provide legal assistance to people with limited access to justice, people with disabilities, abused women and children, etc.
