Critically analysed and programed productive capacity. Created production schedules by considering deadlines for customer orders and sales forecasts. Allocated products on existing sales order demand and other allocation rules as supplied by the sales team. Inserted allocation data using Spreadsheet and created orders as needed; provided weekly summary files. Reviewed monthly production orders.
