Responsible for developing statistical models of customer behavior, developing campaign and company performance dashboards, validating database structures(Teradata) , and performing adhoc analyses.

I was responsible for developing and testing standardized SQL queries designed to retrieve information from an ORACLE database. I am also responsible for performing Adhoc analyses and developing campaign and company performance dashboards.

I instructed graduate business students in statistics, research design, and data analysis methodology. The most important aspect of the instruction that I provided centered on teaching these student which statistical analytical technique should be used in a specific situation and to recognize the limitations of those procedures as it relates to the data set being analyzed.

Served has program developer and manager of the PRAXIS I program and as the system administrator of the TK20 CampusTools HigherEd System Administration--a computerized system designed to be an online educational environment
