• First level contact for local users; • Management of the users workstations for the Manufacturing execution application on the Shop Floor • Print-Out management for Logistics documents related to Warehouses; • Maintenance Manufacturing Devices • To maintain the know-how about users, applications and related organizations. • ICT Hardware maintenance • Plant workstations (PCs, printers, Operating Systems,…); • To provides functional support for the specific applications;
