Provide Level-3 support and troubleshooting Working in the Provider side of the Network for a Germany Service Provider. - Managing the routing part for every customer Site trough BGP, VRF and MPLS Layer 3 VPNS; - Managing the customer devices for standard changes (NAT, DHCP, static and dynamic routing, Trunks, VLANs, QoS);. The Vendors (devices) on the network are: CISCO (routers and switches), Juniper (routers, firewall and switches) and One Access at the Customer side.

- Troubleshoot and resolve the problems that appear on the access transmission network. - Troubleshoot and resolve the problems that appear on the IP data network. - Perform new Radio Link Installation, Reroute, XPIC Upgrades, Microwave Swaps. - Troubleshoot the DCN issues (discovered in the precheck phase) that block the implementation of the work orders. - Troubleshooting on live network in order to fix the problems that appear during/after a work order is implemented.

Implement the received work orders with no incidents created and minimum downtime impact for the costumer SDH, ATM, Microwave planned work orders implementation for access network (2 MBit/s, 34 Mbit/s, 155 Mbit/s ( VC-12, VC-3, VC-4), 1 Gbit/s, 10 Gbit/s service configuration on SDH Huawei OSN, Marconi, Bosch, TNMS, ECI families, mw RTN, SIAE, ML, MDRS) Integration and tshoot of new Huawei DWDM equipment on NMS (OSN8800, OSN6800, OSN1800, OSN1800v), Configuring STM-1/4/16/64, 1/10/100-Gigabit services
