My name is Donca Georgieva. I am a confectioner-decorator and project manager at Roza Confectioneries, Burgas. My duties within the company include managing production, organising events, supervising projects and introducing innovative products and techniques into our company portfolio. I have more than ten years of experience in decorating of celebration cakes and delivering bespoke pastry products to our customers. I am happy to collaborate and eager to learn. Competitive and success-oriented when out there on the market I am a caring instructor and colleague, who likes to build teams and assist my peers in their professional development.
