As a Manager at Accenture, I am the lead of a small internal team with five people for the topic area Hybrid SAP and Big Data analytics architectures. Together we build up offerings, partnerships with other cloud providers, assets and create training material.

For a project in Dubai, a large fair being held in 2020, I was the Architect and manager of a team of 6 people in the SAP Analytics area, building up a data warehousing solution with SAP HANA, SAP Data Services, SAP Analytics Cloud, AWS S/3, AWS Kinesis and Python in order to connect to social media platforms and provide a consolidated marketing reporting.

As the lead of a team of four people, I am the architect and project lead from Accenture side in a Hybrid SAP and Big Data analytics project (SAP Leonardo). As a team of 5 people we are constructing a native SAP HANA Data Warehouse and SAP Big Data Services combined analytics solution in the manufacturing area.

As the delivery lead of a large rollout project I led a team of 18 people in 3 locations across the world for a financial services client. The team was responsible for the delivery of design documents and the implementation of an ETL solution based on Informatica and Oracle. Furthermore we established a standard architecture a development factory in a multinational team setup for an easy rollout to 15 further countries.

As a Presales team member I held presentations in several workshops with different clients and worked on proposals jointly with other team members. I was also the lead for creating a predictive analytics offering for Germany.

As the development lead, I lead a team of currently 6 people in an agile HANA development environment. I am held responsible for the estimation of each iteration and lead the discussion on an astute HANA solution design.

As a consultant I work on different projects to implement the best solution for the customer.

As a Project lead of a medium sized team of 6 persons I am responsible for the succesful implementation of a SAP HANA based reporting solution with SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence as the front end and Data Services as the ETL technology. I take over the planning of timelines, gather requirements and facilitate meetings. Furthermore I design the overall architecture by creating the data services design, the HANA data model and guiding the Business Objects responsible in his work

As the HANA migration for North America was officially finished I was responsible for the design of the Invoice solution for our customer including a HANA, BW and MicroStrategy part. Furthermore I took over the creation of Governance guidelines, did small developments and helped prepare the onboarding of further local markets. To accomplish these tasks I facilitated a large number of meetings to gater requirements and receive input from the various technological and business experts.

To migrate the North America business reports to SAP HANA, I led a team to migrate the MicroStrategy and Exasol setup to the new HANA and MicroStrategy environment. In this position I facilitated meetings, defined requirements, designed the new HANA architecture and finaly oversaw the implementation of the new solution.

Creation of Databases using MS Access and Visual Basic.

As an intern at Daimler I was working in a team specializing in the development and deployment of business intelligence for the analysis of costs and revenues of Daimler trucks spanning the whole supply chain. The internship consisted mainly of project management activitities, but I also developed business intelligence using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2.

As a working student I developed and refined the reporting system for the production of servers, storage systems, PODs (Performance Optimized Data Centers) and racks, I had started to construct while being an intern at HP. For the development activities I used SAP BW reports, MS Excel, Powerpoint and the Internet Explorer in combination with Visual Basic.

For this internship I worked in a project team that was responsible for outsourcing the production of servers, storage systems and racks from a production site in Germany to the Czech Republic. I was appointed tasks in all kinds of project related areas like order management, purchasing, engineering, project management and reporting.
