-Quality operations regarding the CHC portfolio transfer to Sanofi. -Quality oversight for 7 drug product manufacturing sites and 2 API manufacturing sites for BI worldwide. -Escalating and negotiation function in case issues not resolved at the local level. -Management of the contractual obligations of the Global Quality Assurance Agreements and various other contracts.

• Assess criticality and investigate the root cause of the complaints for Respimat and MDI products in a timely manner in respect to national and international requirements (FDA, GMP, AMG, etc.). • Work closely in conjunction with BI Microparts, Compliance, PPT, CM laboratory, the contract laboratory in the US, and marketing sites in the US and the ROW.
