I have been working in IT field about 20 years. I have great experience working in different companies: in consulting and enterprises. Last 15 years I was working in worldwide company, in agricultural business. I started as business system analyst and then was promoted to information system country manager - is a mix of business relationship manager (BRM) and IT project manager. As BRM, I am liaison across all departments in the organization, the bridge between business and IT. Responsible for the review and analysis of business processes and for delivering the most effective technological solution. Business relationship manager included the alignment of IT and business strategies to increase productivity. As IT project manager, I led a variety IT projects: small and big, local and cross-country.
