Liaison with the Clients for understanding positions in detail and planning out the sourcing process once the request for any position is raised. Analyze the requirement and skills required for the open positions. To plan the channel mix for sourcing candidates (the percentage mix between sourcing through Portals, referrals & networking sites), screen, evaluate and select candidates.
