Designing of pressure vessels and basic mechanical components in solidworks. Stability checks and nozzle loads calculation using Dimy and LV-software for pressure vessels and boilers according to ASME VIII, EN13445-3, AD-2000 and EN12952. Designing steel structures (Shipping container & cyclone dust collector) and calculation of forces, deformations and support reactions for using RSTAB. In Caeser II, I was responsible to create pipe models and calculate stress analysis according to EN13480-3.

Worked in Fiat Chrysler Automobiles project in manufacturing domain in Parts Setup application in the Mainframe environment. Enhancement & Development of the existing/new COBOL and JCL modules. Design, code, unit test, debug of the code and produced high quality deliverables. Reviewed constantly the customer feedback and then improved the processes which increased the customer satisfaction index from 81% to 90.
