Passionate about software development since I was a child, I started my career in embedded systems for private radio networks (PMR/LMR). After sixteen years I changed industries to cryptography (HSMs), with a focus on Agile project management. Currently I lead teams working on open-source server virtualisation. I enjoy enabling and coaching colleagues, while keeping up to date with technologies that scale.
