Especially, Atomic and Electronic Structure study of CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) Graphene thin films on large area metal and insulating substrates. Bandgap opening in 2D graphene thin films. Fabrication of other two dimensional crystals (MoS2, WS2, hBN), and based hybrid composites for nanoelectronic sensors, optoelectronics, and energy (Fuel cell & Supercapacitors).
