Leading 4 air spring development projects for two chinese customers through all development phases from acquisition, prototypes, first off tool samples, series tooling into series production. -> Main contact person internally (Sales, Quality, Engineering, Procurement etc.) and to the customer -> Responsible for externally contracted development (200 to 300 hours/month)

Responsible for 3 air spring projects technically and commercially (Project Management) at the same time.

Analysis and selection of suitable suppliers for a production of personal vehicle air springs in China -> Multiple supplier and customer visits creating a basis for a production in China

Application of high-performance 3D-printing polymers for functional prototypes of automotive air springs

Season 16/17: Responsible for Spring and Damper system in suspension department -- whole lifecycle with concept--, dimensioning--, designing--, manufacturing-- and testing--phase.

- Air spring development -- Dimensioning, optimization and testing of different components - Responsible for further development of innovation project activated carbon in air springs leading to letter of intent for series production

MBA program in Technology Management [English] -> International environment -- Intercultural competencies and management through intensive group works, e.g. leadership, innovation management, project management
