Hello! I have in general over 10 years of project management experience in different areas: higher education, online advertising, web development: outsource and product. Through these years I have been working with projects in different environments, with different people and, of course, with different tasks and KPI's. The most valuable insight of my general experience as a PM is that communication is the main key to success, and the main objective of any PM should be establishing the good communitation in the project team. Achievements: (Almost) eliminated overtime work by bringing up the delivery pipeline. Established regular meetings with the customer success dept. which positively impacted on the communication with the clients. Built good relations with the clients that lasted after I left the companies. Got in touch and developed relations with some of the major players in affiliate marketing (years ago), which transformed into good mutually benefitial partnerships.
