- Launched all passenger detection products for a 1st tier automotive system supplier representing $88M+ in revenue with capital investment of $700K. - Led a team of engineering, PCL, Commercial, Operations, Plant Readiness, and Purchasing disciplines to deliver complete system solutions, as well as successfully managed a supplier of major system components. - Successful launch of 15 new products within a 2-year window. - “Flawless Launch Award” recipient

- Coordinated the successful launch of 3 different power-train controllers by leading a development team of 10 engineers and managing an off-shore software contractor including the integration of all deliverables. - Spearheaded the introduction of a common multi-site configuration management system. - Chosen to support cross-competency team to successfully achieve divisional ISO-9000 certification.
