Conceptualized, launched and oversee all aspects of the program, including fundraising, interacting with and soliciting support from corporations, politicians, schools, state and national organizations. Responsible for sales, marketing, product development, technical support, research and development. Supervise a team of 5 and report to company President and Owner. Research, discover, and develop new products for niche markets. Maintain a division budget. • Increased sales from $9 million to $11 million within two years by becoming thoroughly familiar with company products and building relationships with current and new customers, growing sales in the medical, military, environmental and safety markets.

Recruited and managed a team of sales reps and interns to solicit, initiate, promote, and secure sponsorships within the Latino and Cape Verdean communities. Also, created marketing materials, promoted events/games and secured sales in untapped markets by franchises and leagues. Had five direct reports • Assisted in initiating a youth development program to expand academy and camp programs for area youth and professional soccer members. • Added 200 new season ticket holders in one year - $400,000 estimate

Ran the entire franchise, including generating revenue, advertising, and camps. Recruited and hired talented players to play for the organization, negotiated contracts, and maintained the franchise budget. • Contacted youth soccer clubs, fraternal organizations, businesses and business associations, and city and state officials to build season and game ticket programs. Obtained mailing lists and contacted the media to gain recognition. Efforts secured 10 new sponsorships for the organization
