Reporting to the Technical Vice-President. I'm having one year and half in a Training Process around all the Factories in Venezuela with focus in Manufacturing Process (Cereals, Dairy, Culinary, Beverages, Chocolate and Pet Food), Industrial Security, Industrial Performance, Continuous Excellence, TPM and Normative Compliance. I'm doing Benchmarking between the Factories and their departments, leading Junior Projects and applying Solve Problems Tools.

Internships in Cereals Manufacturing Department leading three projects: Reduction in Times Weekly Cleaning SMED and The Application of Two OPRP in the process of Infant Cereals, one of them to Control the Enzymatic Activity of Asparaginase and the other to Verify The Packing Material. In addition, supporting in the creation of Good Manufacturing Practice Visual Standard, application of Centerlining in Filling and Packing Area and actualization the process of Lock-Out in the factory lines.
