Daniela Vargas Padilla

My name is Daniela Vargas Padilla, I am 37-year-old costarrican woman and I have lived in Germany for almost 8 years now. During this time, I have been taking care of my family, mostly. However, I consider this is a good moment to re-focus in my professional carrier and personal goals. I am a woman who has very good communication skills, is focused on the customer needs and managing projects and time. I like to work in a way to create a safe space for the co-workers and goal achievements go hand by hand, because I firmly believe the happiest the collaborator is, the better results the company will have.
