Launched the London office and the Financial Services arm of the business. As well as organically growing a division I was the businesses top biller for 2010, 2011 & 2012 I headed up the London office which was a team of consultants and researchers focused on placing trainee through to director level recruitment professionals in London & Internationally.

Stone & McCarthy is a research house and consultancy specialising in Forex and Fixed Income within Financial Services. It was my responsibility to bring new on new clients and to expand revenue within existing accounts which we did successfully until the sale of the business.

I joined Elan IT as a Recruitment Consultant and quickly built a strong permanent and contract desk from scratch. This was a new business focused role placing technology professionals into UK based companies.
