Firstly as senior software engineer and later as team leader, oversees and leads technical projects from inception to completion within the Future Media & Technology division (both 'Mobile' and 'Audio & Music & Mobile' teams). Projects include mission-critical Mobile Web service, SMS messaging, Mobile video and image recognition, content management, dynamic publishing as well as the award-winning BBC iPlayer for Mobile. Responsible for team member selection, coaching, appraisal and mentoring.
