-Managed regular system upgrades, back-ups, maintenance, and system trouble-shooting -Implemented effective processes to improve operational performance, site cost-savings -Overhauled WMS security for site, designed effective processes, and provided monthly reporting to GM

-Managed a team of eight associates tasked with implementing all systems for 600,000 sq ft green-field distribution center for Becton-Dickinson pharmaceuticals -Created and maintained a 500+ task project plan for the systems side of the implementation -Lead and performed WMS (warehouse management system) configuration, testing, training, and support for a variety of Exel clients

-Prepared class materials and instructed employees in effective RF scanner and WMS usage -Analyzed requirements and implemented new systems/software, including Merit payroll software, ENSTEP labor management system, and WM systems for new distribution centers -Performed system testing and process flow mapping

-Performed demand planning, consisting of transportation routing and inventory management -Worked closely with warehouse, carriers, production, and customer to ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods from distribution centers to customer
