I was in charge of every aspect of the store from front line customer service to ensuring that the KPI's for the store hit the set targets. I oversaw stock takes in which the results drastically improved during my time there. I also completed waste audits to ensure that there was no unnecessary waste, the waste when I arrived in the store was high. At time of me leaving the store the waste had come down significantly to come in line with the set target.

I worked various different jobs through my time at Tesco, ranging from security to bakery manager.fa The main role that I was responsible for was ambient manager in charge of all the KPI's for that department and recruitment/resource planning for my department. The main KPI's that I was working on was; Shrink Waste Sales Sickness I also undertook various projects such as range reset which involved relaying the whole of the grocery department.
