-trend analysis Actual vs Budget/Roll (CAPEX, OPEX- Direct Costs, Indirect Costs, Commercial, Administrative); -business planning & budgeting along with pricing & matrix modeling; -Roll forecast

-analysis of internal capitalization labor and booking it in GL, - booking the financial leasing; -definition of fixed assets according to the category- life in months and account, and checking then in to the Fix Asset Register; -reconciliation between Fix Asset Register and Balance sheet; -preparation of the files for Intrastat; -accounting in GL the acquisitions of companies according to the contracts and defining them in to the Fix Asset Module when the Evaluation Report is rece ived.

- revenue invoice booking; - CAPEX and OPEX invoices booking; -Bank Statements booking; -check the cost center allocations; -check the cash book; -check the account book; -participation in periodic inventories and confronting the real stock with the one that has already been registered; -drafting for paying invoices.

-booking of internal and external invoices; -booking of CAPEX expense accounts; -location analysis of monthly assets; -analysis of fix assets on equipment projects; -operating system corrections after checking the errors; -checking the accruals file (PO/PRF, PO with item/ PO without item, if the service was performed or not, if the value of PO sustain the value of estimation); -checking the depreciation file

-filing and archiving the primary documents; -in charge with the primary accounting records regarding the current company activity; -making periodic balance confirmations with partners; -participation in periodic inventories and confronting the real stock with the scripted one; -business errands to state institutions / banking institutions; -in charge with the monthly accounting reports and submit them to clients.
