Acquire new business from new and existing SME banking customers so as to help grow a profitable customer base; Analyze individual customer profiles to identify selling opportunities and follow through the execution of the sales; Acting as an interface between our loan processors and the customer in order to acquire all information and documentation necessary to ensure a timely closing of the customer’s loan; Analyzing the loan file and preparing it for the approval.

Promoting bank products, offering clients banking financial consulting by ensuring high quality banking services, according to customers’ needs; Maintaining and developing client portfolio and the volume of business, in accordance with the objectives and personal aimed target; Analysis and verification of documents needed for granting credit, preparing documentation for accomplishing and supporting credit files in front of the bank's credit committee;

Recruitment, selection and training of sales team; Coordination and supervision of subordinate staff; Ensuring the performance of sales process; Customer relationship management; Team budgeting and business plan assumed.

Approach potential clients; Interviewing prospective clients to identify their financial needs; Analysis of the financial needs of clients; Finding financial solutions tailored to customer needs; Maintaining regular contact with clients, giving them the necessary support during the contract; Continued attention to market trends and identify opportunities that arise.
