- Assume full responsibility for several projects, for which I needed to provide maintenance and enhancements in order to support new features - Write both user space and kernel space driver support for new platforms and new FPGAs accessed via I2C, LocalBus or PciExpress - Provide high availability support for all applications written by my group - Enhance all group applications to be usable on distributed platforms - Enhance application and driver to work over VPLS/MPLS.

- Manage a team of up to 5 people - Handle requirements and design different CFM-based applications implementing either public IEEE, IETF or ITU-T standards or proprietary solutions according to customer and market needs Add hardware support for the implemented applications using different types of FPGAs (Xilinx, Altera, Lattice) and packet processors (Marvell and Broadcom) - Port VxWorks applications to Linux using POSIX threads and for different architectures: PPC, Intel, ARM.

- Design and write a VxWorks application implementing the IEEE 802.1ag Layer 2 CFM OAM protocol - Follow coding style, keep quality requirements and answer customer requests - Use WindRiver Tornado platform for debugging and performance analysis
