Design and development of new systems and components for various turbo-generators up to 2000 MVA (air- and hydrogen cooled, 2 and 4 pole generators). Develop creative design solutions aimed at cost and lead time reduction.

Participate in a major transformation initiative, conducting Design FMEA workshops for a complete turbo-generator rotor and leading the action closure.
