My current job helps me to develop my skills in the Hr area, being involved in all the activities in the recruitment process and support in the HR daily business, like: -Active participation in preparation, facilitation and organization of numerous events -Preparation of different documents, presentations, letters and creation of reports -HR data gathering and analysis, management and monitoring of the HR IT systems and platforms

The experience in the ING Bak helped me to familiarize and better understand the economic terms and world. My banking experience began in an entry level position like a Client Services Officer and my hard work and dedication helped me move up, untill the position of Sr Product Specialist. I was in charge with the product management implementation, maintaining and updating INGONLINE customer Database and providing constructive feedback and sharing of best practice and performance improvement.

My first job helped to better understand the customers being able to solve, analyze the history and activity of each client in the network. From the perspective of all data available in the system I had to ensure the feedback of the collection process and fraud suspect cases to the superiors. The main task was informing the clients about the value, content, overdue date and available payment methods for the issued invoices and to make future payment agreements.
