- Responsible for high volume recruitment for the majority of our in-house & remote roles. - Full Cycle Recruitment: job analysis, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making job offers. - Understand and identify hiring needs and challenges for each department. - Build and maintain relationships with local/international career offices and recruitment agencies. - Interview international candidates for in-house/remote internships and part-time positions. - Implementing a new HRM & ATS system

- Develop an understanding of our clients’ operations, hiring challenges, and culture - Assess candidate fit and experience in alignment with client expectations - Become an expert with our ATS (HireDesk) and other candidate sourcing tools - Manage the candidate screening process for our clients - Conduct telephone interviews in English & French with candidates across North America
