Wrote, revised, and published private and government contracts, proposals, procedures, white papers, operations manuals, direct mailers, PowerPoints, advertisements, press releases, brochures, magazine articles, internal and external newsletters, website content, resumes, master/specific plans, design guidelines, style guides, policy guidelines, project descriptions, bios/profiles, job descriptions, training manuals, and all marketing materials.

Developed curriculum for and taught Technical Writing for Engineers, Business Writing, Argumentation, Expository Writing, Basic Writing, and Creative Writing emphasizing organization, clarity, and proof.

Analyzed efficacy of CSU students’ writing (essays, resumes, cover letters, senior projects, lab reports, proposals, tech specs, executive summaries, research papers, etc.) and directed Writing Proficiency Exam (exit exam for all CSU students) study groups.
