Managing projects for telecommunication infrastructure and IT products. Analyst ; data analyses(network analyst) for business , technical investment and quality departments. Measuring and reporting on a range of product performance metrics, and create actionable plans to reduce costs, improve customer satisfaction, drive higher quality product acceptance, and improve effect of equipment performance.

Supporting the operation of access network by; identifying problems, troubleshooting, executing solutions, periodic checks in access network, and periodic checks of 2G/3G data functionality. Instructor of BSS operation and features specialist, KPI Optimization at Turkcell Academy. Performing regular BSC/RNC maintenance and to monitor the progress in accordance with defined standards.

Responsible for transmission system infrastructure, plan , test and operations.
