Financial analysis of prospective new client relations identifying financial stability, debt ratios, leverages, and cash flow. Providing contract evaluation and management to meet client expectations. ·Structuring commercial loans that utilize various strategies by evaluating prospective clients corporate governance, GAAP rules, and bank covenants allowing me to propose favorable commercial financing that reflects each companies financial strategy for meeting EBITDA standards, or FASB 13 guidelines

My primary responsibility; is to produce revenue for Qwest Communications through value based sales and sales support of complex communication solutions. ·Provide excellent customer service, focusing on sales interviewing questions, development of preferred solutions, and creating an overall comprehensive understanding of new purchased products. ·Understand the customer's business needs and strategies, build relationships and long term partnerships with the customer by developing and applying solutions.

Facilitate and develop training programs that provide developed skill initiatives regarding policies, procedures, computer network enhancements, and additional job knowledge for executive management and all production level employees. ·Coaching, leading and developing quality standards for executive, senior management, and production level employees. ·Identify trends and offer solutions for production level employees through team specific areas of improvement utilizing management collaborations.
