Working for Client - Construction of a LNG terminal (Dunkirk, France) - Principal interlocutor with EPC contractor (European team), - Liaise with all interlocutors dealing with the construction of the jetty (QA/QC, Schedule, Contract, Interfaces), - Set up expediting organisation for the construction of the jetty, - Supported in my role by civil work & HSE supervisors, expediting engineer, - Develop EDF team’s risk assessment and monitoring program to ensure the compliance with requirements.

Working for Client - Construction of a LNG terminal (Dunkirk, France) - Set up and implement EDF quality management system (documentation control, risk analysis & monitoring of construction activities, non conformance reports, internal audit, etc.), - Perform regular audits of EDF organisation (from document control or interface management to HSE), - In charge of risk management on site (report to Project management), - Set up and perform site weekly and monthly reports

Working for the Principal Contractor - Construction of a CCGT (West Burton, UK) - Lead EDF HSE team, - Develop and implement the HSE management system, - Assess and monitor environmental impacts of the project, - Develop and lead an audit program of the site activities throughout the project (from civil construction to commissioning), - Promote a positive health & safety culture, through development of incentives, events, forums and internal challenges.
