• Organized and delivered training for the SAP Business Explorer Reporting Tool for Production users (325 users trained, all functional areas) • Worked closely with BW Security Analyst to troubleshoot and test BW security configuration • Provided consultation and technical support to all areas of Valuation and Control (Finance, Accounts Payable and Receivable, etc).

• Organized training for the SAP Business Explorer Reporting Tool and delivered to project and non-project employees (70+) spanning multiple functional areas of the business • Provided support and assistance to project members in the development of required reports using the SAP BEx reporting tool
