During my time at Box Technologies my day to day role included providing a range of administrative support to the internal and external Sales team and working closely with the Account Managers to deliver excellent pre- and post-sales support. I also managed the Swedish and Norwegian side of Box.

From January 2013 to the end of July 2013 I traveled. During this time I visited South East Asia, India, Nepal, China, Mongolia and Russia.

My role at 5G communications involved phoning potential candidates and evaluating their skill set to see if it matched that of the company, I focused mainly on external sales executives. I had to use my own initiative during these calls to decide if they were right for 5G. Once a week I would help run the interview sessions. I was the first point of contact for all candidates and dealt with any questions or queries they may have during the initial call and up to their start date.

At On Yer Bike I had experience dealing directly with the customers. I learnt extensive product knowledge offering advice and assistance when needed. I helped with the admin side of the department by processing internet orders and managing the online presence of On Yer Bike.
