Part of the financial reporting team for DACH: - Closing tasks (Short term forecasts, market commentaries, etc.), - Forecast and Budget preparation, - Ad-hoc requests (Project controlling, Utilization, etc.), - Development of DACH Project controlling with the full development of Power BI report to ensure a better visibility on the figures (revenues, margin, personnel costs mix, pipeline, capacity details, forecasts & staffing plan), - Managed the transition from Country to Matrix structure for DACH.

- Responsible for projects performance developed in the product line (R&D Costs follow-up, calculation of the bill of material, R&D Cost capitalization, etc.). - Animated the forecast, medium-term plan, and budget processes for the product line. - Ad-hoc analysis: foreign exchange, profitability, mix analysis, investments follow-up, etc. - Managed monthly projects margin reviews. - Responsible for SAP PS deployment.

- Reported and monitored the turnover on a daily basis. - Reevaluated the quarterly rolling forecasts. - Calculated costs of goods sold and transfer prices. - Managed the performance measurement (Manufacturing Based Costs, sales analysis, hourly rates, etc.). - CAPEX and Amortization follow-up. - Participated in month-end-close (accounting entries, accruals calculation, etc.). - Preparation of the new plant structure (from 3 cost centers to 10).

- Monitored orders in take and turnover regarding several criterias to ensure an effective control to achieve objectives. - Participated in the sales budgets and forecasts elaboration, analysis and adjustments. - Improved the order in take process for a better reporting and calculation of sales incentives. - Calculated sales incentives (more than 100 per quarter) and improved the process.

- Participated in advisory missions (review of procedures, set up of emergency plans,…) and audit missions for private banks (3 banks) in Monaco as well as their external services providers, - Produced audit reports, - Developed and implemented new controls done by team leaders, - Identified and evaluated risks and corrective actions.
