1) Support 7 zones across the U.S. in their maintenance and reliability program initiatives with continuous improvement and technology being a sustainable characteristic. 2) Directed the change management of the existing Condition Monitoring program in place to develop a team that could realign the company’s reliability goals and objectives.

Responsibilities include engineering principles to accurately scope jobs and plan maintenance work to increase overall equipment reliability. Investigate the feasibility of redesigning systems where we are having reoccurring equipment problems. Assist the failure analysis efforts by helping implement corrective actions that are needed to prevent reoccurrence of equipment failure.

To plan, organize, direct, control, monitor and administrate the plant quality activities in a manner that will achieve maximum customer satisfaction and to insure continuous quality improvement in all areas at the lowest possible cost. To ensure process optimization and technical support to the plant operations as well as customers. Responsible for maintaining and upgrading the local area network system for the plant site.

1) In charge of overseeing all predictive maintenance aspects of the plant which include vibration analysis, bearing analysis, laser alignment/balancing, and optimum performance of all rotating equipment in the plant. 2) Reduced plant unscheduled downtime cost on rotating equipment from $464,000/yr. to $16,000/yr. in 3 years. 3)Implemented the Predictive Maintenance programs, which eliminated 75% of the breakdowns prior to implementation and changed the maintenance philosophy.

To provide the knowledge to implement ISO 9000 (International Standards Organization) standards and quality systems into a client’s workplace. Training and external auditing is also an available service which is provided if necessary.
