Über mich
My name is Carlos Melgar and I am graduated in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Salamanca. My main working languages are English, German and Spanish. Besides, I have some knowledge of other languages, such as Russian, French, Italian, Chinese, Polish, Turkish and Catalan. Furthermore, I have studied a Master’s degree in International Affairs: Economics, Politics and Law organized by Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE) together with Georgetown University in Washington, DC (United States). Aside from languages, my topics of interest include international relations, diplomacy and foreign policy. More specifically, I have a great interest in issues related to the Russian Federation and the CIS, the European Union and the Western Balkans.
