While at Infovine I increased sales by 40% in fiscal year 2013 by providing proactive support to the account representatives, negotiating bids and securing relationships with key clients. I collaborated with clients to develop the most effective mail campaigns for their annual budget and overall goals; managed the print production within specific budget requirements.

Provided pro-active customer service to manage inquires, complaints, payment extensions and service requests, addressing the needs of disgruntled customers, managing conflicts and providing resolutions. Trained new customer service representatives and supervises new hires to ensure proper client satisfaction. Planned and monitored the execution of the 2011 swim camp, which included implementing the weekly camp schedule, directing and supervising the children’s daily activities.

Created and coordinated multichannel marketing campaigns in collaboration with Director of Marketing. Facilitated and maintained the content population of the company's web portal. Organized, prepared and distributed marketing collateral to prospective clients.
