Managing the MRP team implies ensuring supply for more than 1000 materials, aiming to cover process orders. The improvement of delivery quantities and stock coverage requires a close alignment with procurement and suppliers. Avoiding destruction costs represents a key aim. Managing the DPS team implies the production planning of volumes based on demands. Reconciling market demands and optimal production sequence is the key challenges. This implies a close alignment with the MPS team and production areas.

Aligning demands by communicating with receivers (Australia and Middle East) to ensure supply. This involves identifying demand changes and reacting accordingly (adjusting volumes, transport types, etc.). Monitoring stocks to avoid destruction risks and storage costs. Defining production dates and volumes in a mid-term as well as long-term period (4 weeks to 18 months) by harmonising capacity and demand. Optimising production sequences to reduce planned stoppages. Driving TPM through supporting AM.

Managed launches of product innovations and renovations for key brands such as Meritene®, Optifibre® and Nutren®, focussing on Asian and Middle Eastern markets. This involved handling complex registration processes and applying intercultural communication skills. Managed launches of product innovations and renovations for Cereal Milk Drink Brands such as Babicao®, focussing on European markets. Drived digitalisation through supporting projects such as the implementation of a digital marketplace.

Supported product launches and promotions by communicating with Nestlé affiliates worldwide. This involved the provision of samples, prices and product information as well as the coordination of artwork creation.

Carried out information management tasks for staff and provided ongoing support and correspondence with students. Organised and executed the Businet Network’s annual general conference in Zagreb (200 participants) and their student conference in Edinburgh (100 participants).

Provided customer support and corresponded with partner organisations and key clients. Organised trade fairs and business meetings, prepared presentations, and carried out translation work for the promotion of the product amanTag®.
