Responsible for introducing the HW & SW developed in our development projects, towards our external customers. The project secure that the product is delivered on time, with the right quality and that a validation phase is planned for together with the customer. The outcome of a successful validation phase is that the product is marked 'Generally Available' to all our customers.

Project Manager for several Ericsson Packet Core Product Introduction Projects

Driving projects which are securing delivery of new SW&HW towards our external customers. The projects are also responsible of validating the new SW&HW with the customer before customer approval. Projects budgets are up to 3 M Euro and the projects last approximately 1 year. Amount of people involved in the projects can vary from 10 to 20 persons.

Responsible for a group of 9 persons. The group was responsible of verification of the SW & HW developed in our development projects. The group was also responsible of development of new verification processes. As line manager I was responsible for the development of the individuals in the group and of planning the activities in the group.
