· Responsible for the Hair Care category, Elidor (Sunsilk) & Clear brands which are the 1st and 4th biggest shampoo brands in terms of MS. · Managed the market launch and coordinated 360°marketing with partner agencies to introduce the first silicon-free liquid hair conditioner in Turkey. · Directed collaborations with creative, media, PR, and influencer agencies to develop comprehensive omnichannel content and devised strategic social media initiatives.

· Managed responsibilities within the Skin Care category, focusing on Simple & Vaseline brands. · Initiated the launching of the very first product in the serum category, Simple Shots Booster Serums, and assisted in a 360° launching execution in collaboration with external agencies. · Led the communication with creative, media, PR, and influencer agencies for the creation of end-to-end omnichannel assets and create social media plans.

· Managed the creation of promotional materials collaboration with external agencies and stakeholders. · Participated in the lung cancer awareness project "Senin Hikayen Farklı” (“Your Story is Different”) and coordinated the channel distribution operations. · Assisted the Business & Agility Chapter in the implementation of agile methodology and Scrum framework. · Expanded knowledge in building dark marketing strategies and execution.

· Gained knowledge in Nielsen tool Nitro.

· Contributed to the analyzing process of weekly findings and created reports to be presented to top management. · Led a weekly Instagram post series called “Finansın Devleri” in which the most recent business news in the market is compiled. · Created Asset-Liability Committee (ALCO) reports and reported to the whole Corporate and Commercial Banking Team.

· Currently enhancing my business administration expertise with specialized classes in Java and SQL for technical proficiency, alongside consumer insights and applied strategy for a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and strategic decision-making.
