Neuraltus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a privately held biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing and commercializing high-impact therapeutics that address critical unmet needs, primarily in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.

Apieron was an early-commercial stage medical device company focused on the treatment of asthma. Apieron developed a non-invasive monitor to measure exhaled nitric oxide (eNO) for the management of asthma. I was the senior finance executive for this early-stage medical device company. In this role, I managed all accounting, financial reporting and analysis, corporate tax reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and cost accounting. Apieron was acquired by Aerocrine AB in May 2010.

ev3 Inc. (ev3) is a global endovascular company focused on identifying and treating peripheral vascular disease, including, in particular, lower extremity arterial disease and neurovascular disease. It operates through two business segments: peripheral vascular and neurovascular.
